Asvin Sivarasa is an associate attorney with Ainsworth & Clancy. He is a member of the Florida Bar and focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, corporate transactional matters, and trademark law.

Asvin obtained his business degree from the University of Miami Business School before attending the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May of 2023.

During his time in law school, Asvin completed the Litigation Skills program and has worked as a law clerk at Ainsworth & Clancy since 2021.

Asvin, a Miami native, continues to pursue his passion for helping growing businesses with legal matters throughout South Florida.

Prior to attending the University of Miami, Asvin earned a high school diploma from Christopher Columbus High School.
