Yamila Lorenzo is a Partner at Ainsworth & Clancy. She focuses on commercial litigation in State and Federal Courts and appellate matters.

Yamila helps her clients obtain the best results through settlements, jury trials, and non-jury trials across the state of Florida.

Yamila is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Yamila graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her graduating class from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2018. During law school, she served as Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and Vice President of Internal Affairs of the Moot Court Board.

Yamila also completed internships with the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan and the Appellate Litigation Clinic. She was elected as a recipient of the National Order of Barrister’s Award, recognizing effective oral advocacy and brief writing skills.
